PEPromotion Energies LLC
Capability statement
Clinical FHIR conformance, patient-generated health data, and nurse-led informatics

Who we are

Promotion Energies LLC is a nurse-led health-informatics small business in New York’s Hudson Valley. We validate health data against HL7 FHIR R4, US Core 6.1.0, and CMS reporting guides, map device and laboratory data into standard records, and bring registered-nurse judgment, exercise-science training, and financial-services licensure to chronic-care programs. Fixed fees, written deliverables, no patient data in consulting work.

Core competencies

  • Validate health data exchanges against HL7 FHIR R4, US Core 6.1.0, and CMS implementation guides with the official HL7 validator; deliver a prioritized fix list. Deliverables are machine-readable: FHIR resources and validator logs.
  • Map device, laboratory, and patient-generated data to LOINC-coded FHIR resources that federal reporting programs can read.
  • Assess clinical and technical readiness for CMS payment models (ACCESS, remote monitoring) and design the program a practice runs.
  • Model program economics (Star Ratings, MIPS, ACCESS payments, avoided admissions) with every input sourced and every formula shown.
  • Provide registered-nurse informatics expertise: clinical workflow, patient safety and escalation plans, consent workflow, documentation.

Differentiators

  • Proof, not opinion. The founder’s data pipeline validates its blood pressure, body weight, and BMI observations with zero errors in the official HL7 FHIR validator v6.9.9 against US Core 6.1.0 with live terminology (June 2026).
  • Three disciplines in one principal. Registered nurse with an MSN in Nursing Informatics who wrote the pipeline; trained in exercise science; licensed in financial services.
  • No patient data in consulting work, so no business associate agreement is needed; fees fixed and quoted in writing before work starts.

Experience

Patient device data pipeline 2026 · self-funded

Scope: ingest glucose, blood pressure, weight, heart rate, and steps from consumer devices; normalize to LOINC; emit US Core 6.1.0 FHIR R4 resources in the CMS reporting bundle structure. Result: blood pressure, body weight, and BMI observations at zero errors against US Core 6.1.0 in the official validator; 84 conformance defects remediated to zero.

Retrofit exercise sensor 2026 · research line

Scope: sole inventor; a sensor that records resistance training on existing gym equipment and reports it through the same FHIR pipeline. Result: U.S. provisional patent application filed July 2026. Not a product; not FDA cleared.

Clinical practice eight years

Scope: registered nurse across acute medical-surgical, psychiatric, correctional, and community settings. Result: DAISY Award for clinical excellence; MSN, Nursing Informatics, 2026. Also: A.S. in exercise science; financial-services licensed.
