The pages. No cookies, no analytics, no advertising. The model page keeps your last result in your own browser (local storage) so the home page can show it again; it is never sent to us, and clearing your browser data removes it. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your browser’s request for the font files. The pages are served through Cloudflare, which processes your IP address and request details to deliver them and to block abuse; Cloudflare’s privacy policy governs that processing.
The booking page. “Book ten minutes” opens a Google Calendar appointment page. It asks for your name, email, phone, role, organization and state, record system, how many patients you monitor at home, and where you stand with ACCESS. We use those answers only to prepare for the call. Google’s privacy policy governs the booking.
Email. If you write to [email protected], we keep the correspondence for as long as the conversation is live and for our records of any engagement.
What we never ask for. No patient names, dates of birth, record numbers, or any other patient information, at any stage of any engagement. Our questionnaires ask for counts, contract terms, and test data only. If you send us patient information by mistake, we delete it and tell you.
Your choices. Write to the address above to ask what we hold about you or your organization, to correct it, or to have it deleted; we answer within ten business days.
